Complaints and warnings
Build a timeline before escalating.
Record what happened, when, how much, on which domain and with which entity. A public allegation alone is not a legal finding.
Collect evidence
Emails, chat, statements, transaction IDs, saved terms and dated screenshots.
Formal operator complaint
State the requested resolution and allow the timeframe in the published procedure.
ADR or MGA
Check the approved ADR on the seal. The MGA recommends trying direct resolution first.
Scam signals that warrant a pause
A seal that does not open on an MGA host
A copied logo or licence number printed on a site is not verification.
A different domain
One character, subdomain or suffix can point to a different entity.
A fee to “release” a withdrawal
Do not answer pressure with another deposit; preserve the message and seek guidance.
A request to leave the secure channel
Do not send sensitive documents through informal messages or unverified addresses.
